Ayurveda
Yes I feel very much connection with this ultimate knowledge of life  basically life with in .
It was a Vedic era when this knowledge become available for humanity . It's not a just another system which deals with human health issues. It's much more then just a herbal medicine system.
It's explaining  about  life with in and how to live it at optimum level . It's making realization of life  not only at body level but also at  soul ,mind and senses.
The definition of health given by Ayurveda makes me so relieved that still the actual knowledge is available for humanity it's not vanished in this world.
If we understand and start  living  the wellness explained by Ayurveda and Vedic wisdom  the world will be surprised that how simply it helps to make connections with in.
Which is a powerful key for all locked problem.

CONCEPT OF IMMUNITY What is immunity? The concept of immunity has recently been developed by modern science, but it was very deeply studied in all its aspects in Ayurveda, at least one thousand year B.C in CharakaSamhita.
